Our 8 days safari takes you to Kibale for chimps trekking, Queen Elizabeth National Park for game drive, boat cruise, salt lake, and Twin Lake experience. In the Mgahiga National Park you participate in gorilla trekking, Lake Mburo National Park for game drive and a walking safari. In this safari, you will get a chance to be in the community as you interact with the local people and adventure life. Encounter the mountain gorilla in their natural habitat and the chimpanzee in their natural habitat.

Tour itinerary
PLEASE NOTE:

Day 1 Transfer to Kibale national Park
After your pickup from Kampala, we will proceed to Fort Portal where we visit the Amabere Gayinamwiru (rock formations and craters).
Day 2 Chimpanzee trekking and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, we shall go for chimps tracking in Kibale National Park, this park is well known for being the primate capital in Uganda.
We shall proceed to Kyambura and enjoy the local community, nature walk at the Twin Lakes. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 3 Game drive and boat cruise
On this day, we will start with a morning game drive with a subsequent visit to the salt mines. Afterwards, a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel which links Lake Katunguru (Lake George) and Lake Rweru (Lake Edward) is waiting for you. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 4 Transfer to Mgahiga National Park
After breakfast, we shall drive to southern part of Queen Elizabeth National Park, this area is well known for the tree-climbing lions. On lucky days lions have been spotted in the fig tree. We will proceed to drive to Kisoro where we shall arrive in the late evening.
Day 5 Gorilla trekking
After breakfast, we will drive to the park headquarters for a briefing about the gorilla tracking. You will be given 1 hour for watching and experiencing the environment and the gorillas in their natural habitat. Subsequently, we will enjoy a hike on Mount Sabyinyo (optional) which gives you a chance to take in the scenic view of three countries, Uganda, Rwanda and Congo. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
Day 6 Batwa experience walk
After our breakfast tour lodge we shall go for a community walk of the people of Batwa who used to sleep feel in the forest but later come in other people, we shall have cultural dance, test local food, and learn how they make their baskets, dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 7 Transfer to Lake Mburo
After breakfast, we shall proceed to Mbarara via the marvelous Lake Bunyoni where we will have a boat cruise.
Day 8 Transfer to Entebbe
On this day, we shall visit Lake Mburo after breakfast, where a variety of hoppos, zebras etc. can be seen. Afterwards, we will proceed to Kampala via the equator for scenic photographs. We will reach Kampala in the late evening.
