Day 1 Traveling to Bwindi
After a nourishing breakfast you shall meet your guide form Mugenyi Eco-Tours who will brief you on your safari. Later we shall drive to the southern part of Uganda, via Masaka, Mbarara Road into “the Switzerland” of Uganda. We shall have stopovers on the way, and lunch enroute. We will end our day with a delicious dinner and a comfortable night’s rest at our lodge.
Day 2 Gorilla trekking and canoeing at Lake Bunyonyi
Enjoy your cup of coffee and breakfast at the lodge in the morning. Later we shall drive to the park headquarters for a comprehensive briefing on gorilla trekking. Once we are
prepared, we will venture into the lush forest, carefully following our experienced guides. Upon encountering a gorilla family, we will have the incredible opportunity to
observe these magnificent creatures for an hour. After a memorable encounter, we will have a well-deserved lunch and subsequently we´ll visit Lake Bunyonyi, Uganda’s deepest lake.
Day 3.Traveling back to Kampala
After breakfast at the lodge we will drive to Kampala via Kabale on Mbarara Road. Lunch will be held en-route. In the evening we will reach Kampala which marks the end of our safari.
